Evan Ross, Andy Churchill, and more publicly support Mandi’s re-election
I want to thank Evan Ross, Andy Churchill, Peter Demling, Sarah Forsaith of the Amherst Firefighters Local Union 1764, and Cinda Jones for writing public letters of endorsement for my re-election. Andy Churchill support me because I can “balance the head and the heart in [my] decision-making” though thoughtful, balanced leadership. Evan Ross states that we can’t “achieve racial equity without undoing decades of racism built into our zoning code” and that I’ve worked to reform zoning to “make housing in Amherst more diverse, affordable, and equitable.” Peter believes that I, and others, have the “integrity and character to prioritize listening, and then [work] diligently …to achieve the greatest good.” Thank you for the support!
